How did you get into design?

  • As I completed my education in computer engineering, I realized that it was essential for my creative abilities to to challenged along with my strengths as an analytical thinker. Design seemed like a rewarding win-win situation and hence I decided to pursue Graphic design for my higher studies at NID, India. Once that window was opened, jumping into publishing was the next right thing to do.

Favorite book or current read and why?

  • I'm probably late to the party but I just finished Red, White and Royal Blue. What a charming read! It was an essential escape from reality.

Tell us a surprising fact about you?

  • I speak 4 languages and that does not include my ability to convince my cat not to scream at 3 am when he's hangry.


What did you learn about publishing that you wish you knew before?

  • One thing that I have learned over the years is how personal every single project becomes and most of the times how important it is to let it.

How do you over come a creative block?

  • I usually sing and/or write when I feel like I'm in a rut. Mostly it's me going through my process with my loved ones as my loyal audience.
