How did you get into design?

• Art was always my favorite subject in school and I spent a lot of my time growing up drawing, painting, and just making things. When I learned what design was later on it seemed like the perfect way to be creative within a steady job.

Favorite book or current read and why?

• Dune just popped into my head, maybe because the trailer for the new film dropped recently. I plan to reread that book soon; I remember I could not put it down the first time.

Tell us a surprising fact about you?

• I sang with a classical chorus in college? Not sure how surprising that is!
  
  
  

  How do you over come a creative block?

• Step away from it for a moment if there’s time. Even a day away from a project can give you a new perspective.
